If you answered 'no' to all three? You're in a rare fourth category. Maybe you're making a silicone mold for resin casting. For that, I'd actually look for a tin-cure silicone, not the platinum-cure stuff Dow Corning is famous for. Platinum-cure is expensive and can be inhibited by certain materials. That's the one scenario where I don't immediately reach for Dow Corning.
